Terms & Conditions

The Service lets Monad validator operators and stakers subscribe to real-time alerts about validator activity, including slot skips, offline detection, recovery, delegations, undelegations, and commission changes. Alerts are dispatched to channels you configure (Discord, Telegram, Slack, PagerDuty, SMS, or voice).

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Subscriptions are owned by your Monad wallet, authenticated via SIWE (Sign-In With Ethereum). You are responsible for maintaining control of your wallet and any credentials you supply (webhook URLs, bot tokens).

By verifying your phone number you opt in to receive transactional alerts for the validator events you selected. Alert frequency varies based on on-chain activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

• Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe.
• Reply HELP for support information.
• You may also delete subscriptions at any time from /my-alerts.

The Service is provided free of charge. We may introduce paid tiers in the future; existing free subscriptions will continue to function unless otherwise communicated.

You agree not to:

• Subscribe phone numbers, channels, or webhooks you do not own or have explicit permission to send alerts to.
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or send unauthorized commercial messages to anyone.
• Probe, scan, overload, or otherwise interfere with the Service or the underlying RPC, gmonads, or telecom infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain access to subscriptions tied to wallets you do not control.

Alerts depend on third-party RPC providers, telecom carriers, messaging platforms, and the Monad network itself. The Service is provided as is without warranty of any kind, including but not limited to timely delivery, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. You should not rely on the Service as the sole source of validator monitoring for mission-critical operations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost rewards, slashing, missed alerts, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service integrates with Telnyx (SMS, voice, phone verification), Telegram, Discord, Slack, PagerDuty, Monad RPC providers, the gmonads slot stream, and Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your subscriptions from /my-alerts. We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms or whose usage risks harming the Service, other users, or third parties.

We may update these terms. The effective date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.
