Privacy Policy

We collect only what’s required to deliver validator alerts you have explicitly subscribed to:

• Wallet address. Your Monad wallet public address, captured at sign-in via SIWE (Sign-In With Ethereum). We never receive or store private keys.
• Phone number. Only if you choose SMS or voice alerts. Verified once via a one-time code, then stored and used solely to deliver the alerts you configured.
• Channel configuration. Webhook URLs, bot tokens, chat IDs, or routing keys you supply for Discord, Telegram, Slack, or PagerDuty delivery. Stored encrypted at rest.
• Subscription preferences. Validator(s) you follow, event types selected, and message templates.
• Session cookie. A signed authentication cookie tied to your wallet sign-in.
• Analytics data. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage (page views, referrers, approximate location, browser/device). Google Analytics sets its own cookies and may collect a truncated IP address. We do not link analytics data to your wallet or phone number.

• Deliver the alerts you have subscribed to (transactional only).
• Authenticate you when you return to manage subscriptions.
• Diagnose delivery failures and operate the Service.

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or profiling. We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

SMS and voice alerts are delivered via Telnyx. By verifying your phone number you are opting in to receive transactional alerts for the validator events you selected. Frequency varies based on on-chain activity of the validators you follow. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping alerts: reply STOP to any SMS, or delete your subscription at /my-alerts. Reply HELP for support information.

Phone numbers and the content of alerts are shared only with Telnyx (and downstream telecom carriers) for the sole purpose of message delivery. They are not shared with any other third party.

We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to measure aggregate site usage. Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser and process data including pages visited, referring URL, approximate geographic location, language, and device or browser type. This data is used solely to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.

Google Analytics data is governed by Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites by installing the official browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We do not combine analytics data with your wallet address, phone number, or any other personally identifying information you provide to the Service.

If you configure Discord, Telegram, Slack, or PagerDuty, the credentials you supply are used solely to dispatch alert messages through those platforms. Each platform’s own privacy policy governs what they do with the messages once received.

We retain your subscription data, wallet address, and verified phone number until you delete the subscription or revoke your session. Once you delete a subscription, related identifiers and channel credentials are removed from active storage. Operational logs may retain hashed identifiers for up to 30 days for reliability and abuse prevention.

Channel secrets (webhook URLs, bot tokens, routing keys) are encrypted at rest. Transport is TLS only. Access is restricted to the Service operator. We do not log secret values.

You can view, edit, and delete your subscriptions at any time at /my-alerts after signing in with your wallet. To request deletion of any residual data, email us at the address below.

The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The effective date above will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the site.
